Meet The Trainer

I'm Rayna, the owner and trainer behind Better Obedience K9 Training. I've spent over nine years working professionally with dogs, beginning my career as a verterinary technician before transitioning full time into professional dog training.

I became certified through Animal Behavior College in 2014 and have since built my career around obedience training and addressing behavioral challenges. My experience includes working with dogs of different breeds, ages, temperaments, and training needs, from puppies learning basic manners to dogs struggling with more difficult behaviors.

I use a balanced training approach that focuses on clear communication, consistency, and practical technique that can easily be incorporated into your everday life. I believe training should be tailored to the individual dog, rather than expecting every dog to respond to the same methods. My goal is to customize your dog’s training to best suit their personality and needs, as well as yours. I want to make your life easier and help you and your dog build a better relationship.
